Probiotic Ginger Peach Fizz

Ingredients:


1 ripe peach, sliced


1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger


1 tsp raw honey (optional)


1/2 cup plain kombucha (unflavored)


1 cup sparkling water


Ice cubes


Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions:


  • Muddle the peach slices and ginger in a glass jar until juicy.
  • Add honey if desired and mix well.
  • Pour in the kombucha and sparkling water.
  • Stir gently and pour over ice.
  • Garnish with fresh mint. Serve immediately.

Berry Basil Prebiotic Cooler

Ingredients:


1/2 cup blueberries


1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced


1 tbsp chia seeds (pre-soaked in 1/4 cup water for 15 min)


Juice of 1/2 lemon


1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)


1 tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener


4 fresh basil leaves


1.5 cups cold filtered water


Ice cubes

Instructions:


In a blender, combine berries, lemon juice, vinegar, sweetener, and basil.

Blend until smooth and strain if desired.

Mix in soaked chia seeds and cold water.

Stir well and pour over ice. Garnish with a basil leaf.

Pineapple Turmeric Digestive Tonic

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks


1/2 tsp ground turmeric (or 1 tsp fresh grated)


1/4 tsp ground black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)


1 tbsp lime juice


1/2 tsp raw honey or coconut nectar


1.5 cups coconut water


Ice cubes


Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:


Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Strain if needed and pour into glasses with ice.

Instructions:


  • Muddle cucumber and mint in a shaker or bowl.
  • Add lemon juice, kefir, and sweetener. Stir or shake.
  • Pour over ice and top with water or sparkling water.
  • Serve with extra mint sprigs and cucumber ribbons.
